B-well Chocolate & Banana Loaf

B-well Chocolate & Banana Loaf

4 Medium ripe bananas, mashed
4 Medium eggs
½ Cup Peanut butter (Sugar-free)
3 Tbsp B-well canola oil
½ Cup Almond Flour
¼ Cup Coconut Flour
¼ Cup 70-85% Dark chocolate, roughly chopped 
¼ Cup Walnuts, roughly chopped
1 Tbsp Cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp bicarb of soda
Pinch of Salt 

B-well Canola baking spray

Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease and line a bread loaf tin with some B-well Canola baking spray.
Add the almond flour, coconut flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, bicarb, and salt into a large mixing bowl.
Add the mashed banana, eggs, peanut butter, and B-well canola oil into a mixing bowl and whisk to combine. 
Then add the liquid ingredients to the flours and mix until well combined.
Add the chopped nuts and chocolate and fold into the batter.
Pour the batter into the loaf tin and bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes or until when a skewer is inserted into the center it should come out clean, then you know your bread is completely cooked.
Allow the bread to cool slightly, then turn it out from the tin and allow to cool completely before serving.
