B-well Women’s Day French Toast Bowls

B-well Women’s Day French Toast Bowls
 

Recipe by Nicole Snelling


2 White bread slices
2 Rashes Bacon, cooked
2 Eggs, beaten
½ Cup Cream 
2 Tbsp B-well Canola oil
2 Tbsp Mascarpone cheese
1 Tbsp Castor sugar
1 Tbsp Honey 
1 tsp Vanilla extract
Handful Mixed berries


Place the eggs, cream, castor sugar, vanilla extract and a pinch of salt into a mixing bowl and whisk until well combined.
Bring a medium sauce pan to a medium-high heat and add B-well canola oil.
Soak each bread slice into the egg mixture on both sides, then place each slice into the pan.
Cook each side until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
Place both slices into a medium-sized bowl and press the center down to form a bowl shape with the bread.
Add the bacon, Mascarpone cheese, berries and drizzle some honey over the top.
Serve this delicious breakfast to the women in your life.
