Berry Banana Smoothie Bowl Recipe by Sebastian Newman Serves 2
2 bananas, chopped and frozen 1 cup frozen mixed berries ½ cup yoghurt 1 Tbs almond butter ¼ cup almond milk ½ cup Jungle Oats Instant – Mixed Berry Fresh chopped banana, for garnish Berry coulis for garnish Jungle muesli to garnish
Blend together the frozen banana, mixed berries, yoghurt, almond butter, almond milk and Jungle Oats until smooth. Scoop into bowls and top with the banana and berry coulis. Garnish with a scattering of Jungle Muesli.
