Cheesy Pull Apart Bread

1 Sourdough round loaf
125g Traditional brie cheese
200ml Blue Cheese Sauce
3-4 Preserved figs, finely chopped
200g Onion marmalade

Make checkerboard shaped cuts in the loaf, using a long serrated bread knife, cut slices at about 3cm intervals, lengthwise down the bread loaf.
Take care not to cut all the way through to the bottom of the loaf, you want to leave a solid base.
Now cut slices, at the same intervals, diagonally across the loaf, again taking care not to slice all the way through to the base.
Using both hands, gently bend the loaf back to open up the cuts slightly.
Stuff the bread with the brie cheese, figs, onion marmalade and pour the blue cheese sauce over the bread and in between the cuts.
Wrap the loaf with some foil and place the bread over medium-high heat and allow the bread to toast for 20-25 minutes.
Serve the bread immediately while the cheese is still warm.
