Chicken Kebabs

Chicken Kebabs

Recipe by Nicole Snelling


4 Chicken Breast, cubed
2 Tomatoes, diced
1 Red onion, diced
handful coriander
3-4 Naan bread
Skewers , soaked in water



Marinade:
1 Cup Clover Classic Plain yoghurt
½ Cup Clover full cream milk
1 Tbsp Curry powder
1 tsp Cumin powder
½ tsp Turmeric powder
Salt and pepper



Mix the marinade ingredients together, add the chicken and marinate over night.
Preheat a griddle pan to high heat. Skewer the chicken pieces on wooden skewer.
Cook your chicken for 5-7 minutes until done and tender. While your chicken is cooking mix together the tomato, onion and coriander. Season the salsa.
Serve the chicken kebabs with some toasted naan bread and the salsa.
