
Chocolate Microwave Cake

Cake:
1 Cup Cake Flour
1 Cup White sugar
1 Cup Milk, heated up
¼ Cup Oil
¼ Cup Cocoa powder
1 ½ Tsp Baking powder
2 tsp Vanilla extract
2 Large eggs
Pinch salt
Grease and line a microwave safe tin with carton roller towel, you can use an ice-cream tub if you do not have a microwave safe cake tin or mould.
In a mixing bowl add flour, sugar, baking powder, cocoa powder and salt.
Into another bowl add eggs, oil, vanilla extract and milk, whisk to combine.
Add the liquid to the dry ingredients, mix well to combine.
Pour the mixture into the tin and bake on a high temperature for 10minutes.
Frosting:
Tin Caramel treat
100g LANCEWOOD® Full Fat Cream Cheese at room temperature
Add the caramel to a mixing bowl, using a whisk, whisk the caramel till smooth.
Add the cream cheese and whisk until smooth.
Spread the frosting over the cooled cake and cut into squares before serving.
