Clover Amasi Chicken Korma Bunny Chow

Serves 4

1 Cup Clover Amasi
3-4 Chicken fillets, cubed
1 Onion, finely chopped
2 Loaves of white bread
1 Cup Coconut cream
2 Tbsp Oil
2 Tbsp Korma curry paste
Salt and pepper
Handful Coriander
Pour the Clover Amasi into a mixing bowl and add the chicken, allow to marinate for 3-4 hours.
Add the oil and onion to a medium heated sauce pot, allow to cook for 3-4 minutes until golden in colour.
Add the curry paste, coconut cream and chicken and allow to cook for 20-25 minutes, until thickened.
Meanwhile bring a griddle pan to a medium-high heat and toast each side of the bread loaves.
Cut each loaf in half and gently pull out the filling of the bread to form a hole for the curry filling.
Fill each half loaf with the curry filling and top with fresh coriander and serve.
