Clover Cheesy GÖzleme 
 
1 ½ c cake flour 
1 sachet instant yeast
1 tsp salt
pinch of sugar
1/3 cup fresh milk, lukewarm
100g Clover Tussers, grated
1 disc Clover Feta, crumbled
handful chopped parsley
1 tsp chilli flakes or fresh chilli, chopped


In a bowl, mix together the flour, yeast, salt and sugar. Add the lukewarm milk and mix well. Knead the dough for a few minutes until smooth, then place into an oiled bowl and cover. Allow to rest


Combine the grated Tussers and feta into another bowl and mix with the parsley and chilli. 


Halve the dough into 4 pieces and roll out into rectanlges of 1mm thick. Scatter the cheese filling into the centre of each rectangle, fold all the sides halway in to create a parcel. Pinch the seams. Dust with flour then press down and roll out to a 24x24cm square. Brush with oil then fry in a hot pan for 3-4 minutes per side. Alternatively, grill it on the braai.  Cut and serve hot.
