Clover Classic Custard Easter Peppermint Crisp Tarts

3 Hot cross buns, sliced into half
100g Peppermint crisp chocolate
125ml Fresh cream
1/3 Cup Caramel treat
¼ Cup Clover classic custard

6 Muffin pan

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Press the hot cross bun halves into the muffin tin, pressing on the sides, forming little tart shells.
Place the muffin tin into the oven for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.
Set aside to cool.
Place the caramel and Clover classic custard into a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.
Whip the cream until stiff peak and then fold the custard mixture in, until well combined.
Remove the shells from the muffin tin and pour the mixture into each shell.
Top with crushed peppermint chocolate and serve immediately.
