Clover Classic custard frozen dome cake

1 Cup Melted dark chocolate
1 Swiss roll loaf, sliced
1L Clover Classic custard
 
Line a medium freezer proof bowl with cling film.
Pour the melted chocolate into the bowl and swirl the bowl around to coat the inside of the bowl evenly.
Place the bowl into the freezer for the chocolate to set, about 7-10 minutes.
Pour 1 ½ Cups of Clover classic custard into the bowl, then add the 3 layers of sliced Swiss roll, then top with the remaining custard until the bowl has filled to the brim.
Place the bowl into the freezer to freeze overnight.
Remove the dessert from the bowl, remove the cling film and place face down onto a serving dish.
Decorate the dessert with some edible gold glitter or gold leaf.
Slice the dessert up with a hot knife to serve and enjoy.
