Clover Cream O Naise Sandwich

Clover Cream O Naise sub sandwich

1 Baguette loaf, halved
250g Mozzarella, grated
¼ Cup Clover cream O Naise
¼ Cup Parmesan cheese, finely grated
4 Tbsp Sun dried tomato pesto
4 Tbsp Basil pesto
 
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Spread Clover cream O Naise onto the base of each baguette half.
Add 2 Tbsp of basil pesto to each loaf, top with mozzarella cheese and then spread the sun dried tomato pesto onto the remaining top halves of the loaf.
Place the subs onto a baking tray, top with parmesan cheese and place into the oven for 5-7 minutes, until the cheese has melted and the parmesan cheese has become golden.
Serve immediately while the cheese is still melted.
