Clover Creamy Cheese Baked Bread Rolls

1- 1.5kg Ready made bread dough
1⁄2 Cup Clover Fresh Full Cream Milk
2/3 Cup Clover Fresh Cream
1 Cup Clover cheddar cheese, grated
1 pkt Potato bake instant thickener
 
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Line an oven-proof baking dish with a non-stick cooking spray.
Slit the bread dough into 6 parts. Roll each piece into a ball and place each piece into the oven dish.
Allow the bread to prove for 30 minutes. Meanwhile add the potato bake instant thickener to a measuring jug.
Add the milk and fresh cream to the jug, slowly whisking to combine.
Pour the mixture over the dough, top with grated cheese and place into the oven.
Bake the rolls for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
These rolls are best served warm.
