Clover Creamy Dreamy Chocolate Pie  Expresso

Clover Creamy Dreamy Chocolate Pie
 
Serves 4
 
Pie Base:
1 packet of tennis biscuits, crushed
1/3 cup of Clover butter, melted
 
Mix the crushed biscuits and melted butter together.
Press into a 23 cm pie dish, and place in the fridge to set.
 
Pie Filling:
500ml of Clover Fresh Cream, whipped
180 grams of dark chocolate, melted
1 tsp gelatine, soaked, and then melted 
 
Fold the melted chocolate and gelatine into the whipped cream until well combined.
Pour the pie filling over the set pie base and set in fridge for 1-2 hours to set.
To serve top the pie with dollops of Clover Aerosol Whipped Cream and crumbed flake chocolate.
