Clover Fresh Milk Sago Pudding

Clover Fresh Milk Sago Pudding

1L Clover Fresh Milk
1 Cup Sago
50g Clover Butter
2/3 Cup Sugar
5 Eggs, separated
2 Cinnamon Sticks
1 tsp salt
1 tsp Vanilla
Ground cinnamon to dust


In a large bowl, soak the Clover Fresh milk and Sago for at least 2 hours.
In a large sauce pan heat the soaked sago, together with the cinnamon sticks, egg yolks, 1/3 c sugar and salt. Cook for about 20 minutes or until the sago is transparent. Stir in the butter and vanilla essence.
In a large mixing bowl whip, the egg whites and 1/3 c sugar until stiff peaks start to for. Fold into the sago mix.
Serve in bowls with a sprinkle of cinnamon. Enjoy!
