Clover Sardine Spaghetti

Clover Sardine Spaghetti 
Cooking time: 20 minutes 

1 onion, chopped 
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 tsp chilli flakes
2-3  tins sardines (120g), liquid drained 
¼  cup capers (optional)
1 heaped tblsp flour
1 cup Clover Fresh milk
Zest and squeeze of lemon
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 cups cooked spaghetti 
Handful fresh parsley, chopped 
Salt and pepper to taste 

Heat a glug of oil in a saucepan and add in the onion. Saute for a few minutes until softened. Stir in the chopped garlic, chilli flakes, sardines and capers. 

Saute for a minute to incoroporate the flavours. Scatter over the flour and allow to cook for another minute, then gradually pour in the fresh milk. Stir as the sauce starts to thicken .If it too thick, add on more fresh milk. 

Stir in the cooked spaghetti then and season with salt and pepper as needed. 

Add the breadcrumbs to a separate pan with a glug of oil. Add in the lemon zest and squeeze of lemon and chopped parsley. Stir until the breadcrumbs turn slightly golden in colour then set aside. 

Add Sardine Spaghetti to a serving dish and garnish with lemony breadcrumbs and a final garnish of more chopped parsley.
