Tshego Cream SpinachClover Tshegofatso’s Creamy Spinach
Bunch of Spinach leaves, cleaned and chopped
Half cup beef stock
1 carrot, chopped
half an onion, chopped
half green pepper, chopped
1-2 cups Clover Fresh milk
½ c grated Clover Cheese
Bliss plain yoghurt
To a saucepot, add the spinach, carrots, onion and chopped green pepper. Add the beef stock and season with salt and pepper. When the carrots are tender, stir in the cheese. Add the plain yoghurt and the milk.
Allow to simmer and serve. Stir in a squeeze of lemon juice for a zesty taste.
Serve with pap or rice or  on its own.
