
Cookie Dough
Recipe by Nicole Snelling
150g Cake flour, sifted
50g Sugar
100g Butter, room temperature
Preheat the oven to 180°C
Place the butter and sugar into a mixing bowl and beat until light and fluffy.
Add flour and any flavoring of your choice, bring together to form a dough.
Roll or shape the dough as desired, wrap with cling film and rest in the fridge for +- 30 minutes.
Place the cut out cookies onto a greased oven-proof tray and bake until golden brown, 10-15 minutes.
Cool the cookies on a wire rack before serving.
