Corn Bake Expresso

Corn Bake
 
Recipe by Zola Nene
 
3 Cups Corn
1 ½ Cups Clover Full cream milk
100g Cheddar, Grated
2 Tbsp Corn flour
2 Tbsp Chopped chives
1 tsp Cayenne pepper
pinch of nutmeg
Salt and pepper
 
Place the corn in over proof dish. In a separate bowl whisk the corn flour, chives, cayenne pepper, nutmeg and milk together. Add half the cheese and season. Pour the milk mixture over the corn. Place the rest of the cheese over the top and bake for 15-20min, until golden brown.
