Crazy Store Thingamajig Pasta Salad

Pasta:
Pasta of your choice
Salad dressing of your choice
Fresh Parsley, Chopped
2 Cups Water
1 Tbsp Salt
 
Toppings:
2 Carrots
200g Medley Tomatoes/cocktail tomatoes, halved
½ Red Onion, sliced
½ Cucumber
¼ Cup Parmesan
 
Using the Thingamajig veggie sharpener, spiral the Carrots. Roll them up into little rosettes.  Using the Veggie peeler side, run over the cucumber to create shavings. Roll the up into rosettes. Use the veggie peeler, create parmesan shavings, Set aside.
 
Add the water and salt to a medium saucepan. Add the water to a pot and allow to boil. Add the pasta and place the Thingamajig to the edge of the pot and close the lid. Cook according to packet instructions. Allow to cool before rolling the pasta in the salad dressing and chopped parsley. Mix in the red onion and tomatoes. Place in a salad bowl and top with the Carrot and cucumber rosettes. Finish off with the parmesan shavings.
