
DEFY Salsa Verde
Recipe by Nicole Snelling
Zest and juice of 1 lemon
2 Garlic cloves
2 Cups Fresh Parsley
1 Cup Fresh Basil
½ Cup Fresh Mint leaves
½ Cup Olive oil
2 Tbsp Capers
2 Gherkins, chopped
½ tsp Sea salt flakes
Place all the ingredients into the DEFY hand-stick blender jug and then using the DEFY hand-stick blender, blend the ingredients until well combined.
Serve the salsa verde with some grilled fish, steak or over roasted potatoes.
This sauce can be stored in the fridge for later use.
