Mint and lemon green tea

Mint and lemon green tea

Handful Fresh mint leaves
2 Green tea bags
1 Lemon
2 tsp Honey


Using a vegetable peeler, peel the skin off the lemon, set aside.
Squeeze the juice of the lemon into a measuring jug.
Fill the DEFY kettle to the 0.7 L line with still water. Switch the kettle on, the blue light will indicate that your kettle is on.
Allow the water to boil completely, pour the water into the measuring jug.
Add all the ingredients to the water and allow to infuse and brew for 3-4 minutes.
Remove the lemon peel, mint and tea bags and pour the tea into two serving mugs and serve immediately.
