Ewan Strydom's Lentil Frikkadel

Recipe Nicole Snelling

2 Cups Cooked Lentils, mashed
1 Onion, finely diced
1 garlic glove, minced
1 large egg
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp coriander
salt and pepper
2 Tbsp olive oil

Place all the ingredients except the olive oil into a bowl and mix well.
Form the lentil mixture into small balls. Add the olive oil in a preheated no stick pan and fry off the lentil balls for +-5 min or untill golden brown.
Serve with a dollop of plain yoghurt.
