Five Roses Coconut Cinnamon Tea Frappe Expresso

Five Roses Coconut Cinnamon Tea Frappe
Serves 4
Recipe by Zola Nene
4 Five Roses Ceylon tea bags
1 cinnamon stick
500ml boiling water
2 cups ice
1 tin coconut milk
4 Tbs syrup
To serve:
1 cup whipped cream
Ground cinnamon
Place the Five Roses Ceylon tea bags, cinnamon stick and boiling water into a jug, then leave to steep for 5 minutes. (Tea should look light in colour)
Place the steeped tea, discarding the tea bags and cinnamon, ice, coconut milk and maple syrup into a blender, then blend until smooth.
Pour into glasses, top with whipped cream, then sprinkle with cinnamon.
