Fruits of the forest overnight marinated fruit
 
Recipe by Nicole Snelling
 
Marinade:
1 Cup Strawberries
2 Kiwi fruit, peeled
Juice of ½ Lime
1 tsp Chia seeds
1 tsp Castor sugar
 
1 Cup Litchi, peeled and pip removed
1 Mango, peeled, cubed
Fruits of the forest low fat fruit yoghurt based dairy snack, flavour of your choice
 
Place the strawberries, kiwi, lime juice and castor sugar into a blender and blend the mixture until smooth.
Add the chia seeds and mix well.
Pour the marinade over the litchis and mango chunks and place into the fridge overnight.
When you are ready to serve your fruit, serve it with some fruits of the forest low fat yoghurt based dairy snack.
