Green Tea Poached Salmon with Garlic Broccoli Expresso

Green Tea Poached Salmon with Garlic Broccoli

2 tea bags green tea
1 - 2 fillets salmon
extra virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic, chopped
10-12 tenderstem broccoli or half a head of broccoli, sliced lengthways
 
1/ Pour boiling water into a saucepan and steep two green tea bags for 15 minutes. Once steeped and water is simmering, slide fish gently into the pan.
2/ In the mean time, sauté some garlic in a little olive oil in a hot pan. Add the broccoli and sauté until just cooked and golden in parts.
3/ Once the fish is cooked, 5-10 minutes depending on the thickness of the fish, remove and plate on top of the broccoli.
4/ Drizzle with some extra oil and serve.
