It has also been shown to speed up your metabolism which helps you burn more calories throughout the day. There is no better way of getting in shape, than the comfort of your own home, and with HIIT that is possible even if your schedule is always full, you can take a few minutes out of your to say fit and keep healthy, while working on your end of year summer goals.
