Jungle Crunchalot and Yoghurt Iced Pops Expresso

Jungle Crunchalot and Yoghurt Iced Pops
Recipe by Zola Nene

500ml Plain Yoghurt
125ml almond milk
3 Tbs cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ cup honey
2 cups Jungle Crunchalots
Whisk together the yoghurt, almond milk, cocoa powder and honey.
Place a spoonful of the yoghurt mixture into ice lolly moulds then sprinkle in some Crunchalots. Repeat layering with yoghurt and the Cruchalot until the lolly moulds are full.
Push the lolly stick through, then freeze until completely set before unmoulding.
