Quick Blueberry Ice Cream RECIPE BY ZOLA NENE
Ingredients: 100g sugar 500g vanilla yoghurt, frozen in ice cube trays 500g frozen blueberries 4 Tbs water
Method: STEP 1: Place sugar in the bowl and pulverize for 10 seconds STEP 2: Add the remaining ingredients and mix for 1 minute gradually increasing the speed (add a touch of water if needed). STEP 3: You will know it’s ready once the mixture is smooth and uniform. STEP 4: if not eating immediately, place into a container with a lid, then defrost at least 5 minutes before serving.
Tip: This recipe can also be made using a regular blender, substitute granulated sugar for castor sugar and blend all the ingredients at once until smooth and creamy.
