
Krush Triple Berry Smoothie
Recipe: Anel Potgieter
Serves: 2
Preperations time: 10 minutes (excludes freezing time)
Ingredients
200ml of Krush Cranberry fruit juice blend 1 banana, frozen
1 c frozen strawberries
1 c frozen blackberries, plus more for garnish (optional)
1 c frozen raspberries
1 c almond milk
1/2 c yoghurt (Clover Classic)
½ cup spinach, chopped
1 T honey
To garnish
Blackberries
Mint leaves
Instructions
Pour the Krush Cranberry fruit juice blend into an ice tray to form a layer of about 1cm thick and freeze until solid.
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Divide between 2 glasses and top with blackberries and fresh mint.
If it is too thick add a bit more Krush.
