
Lay's Banush-inspired Dip
Recipe by Nicole Snelling
250ml Sour cream
¼ Cup sautéed mushrooms
2 Tbsp Crispy bacon bits
40g Creamy white cheese (Danish feta)
Handful of crispy onions
1 Spring onion, finely sliced
Place the sour cream, mushrooms, bacon and cheese into a food processor and blend until smooth.
Place your dip in a serving bowl and top off with crispy and spring onions, then serve.
