
PURITY Flapjack savoury muffins

Ingredients:
1 PURITY junior cheesy sweet corn sauce pouch
4-6 cooked rashes of bacon, chopped
2 cups buttermilk, plus extra for serving
350g cake flour
50g cheese, grated
3 Eggs
½ tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
Cooking instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Grease a muffin pan with a non-stick coating spray, or melted butter.
Add the eggs, PURITY junior cheesy sweet corn sauce pouch, and buttermilk into a mixing bowl and whisk to combine.
Add the flour, baking powder and pinch of salt to the egg mixture and fold in all the ingredients until they are well combined. Then fold in the bacon bits and grated cheese. Divide the mixture between the individual muffin tin holders, about ¾ full, leaving space for them to rise.
Place the muffin pan into the oven and bake them for 10-15 minutes until golden brown, or until a clean inserted skewer comes out clean.
