Snoek Surprise

Snoek Surprise

1 Medium snoek
Olive oil
8-10
Medium peeled prawns
8-10
Mussels (if you use frozen mussels defrost before use)
Few lemon slices
Handful of fresh dill, chopped
Handful of parsley, chopped
1
Garlic clove, finely chopped
Salt & black pepper



Brush some olive oil over the whole snoek and season with salt and pepper.
Put on grid.
Stuff the snoek with prawns, mussels, lemon slices, dill, parsley and garlic.
Close grid and b
raai snoek over medium coals until cooked.
