Place milk, cream and cinnamon in a saucepan and simmer on very low for a few minutes so the cinnamon can infuse the milk. Turn the heat up and boil. Remove from heat as soon as it starts making bubbles and stir in the chocolate. Serve right away with extra spiced sugar on the side for those with a really sweet tooth.
