Strawberry and Banana Fridge Tart Expresso

Strawberry and Banana Fridge Tart

Recipe by Nicole Snelling
250g butter, melted
1 packet Tennis biscuits
2 pkts Strawberry jelly, dissolved in ½ cup boiling water
500ml strawberry and banana smart drink
1 can of condensed milk
Process the biscuits in food processor until resembling bread crumbs.
Combine with melted butter, and press in a rectangular dish, then place in the fridge.
Mix the condensed milk, the smart drink and dissolved jelly together in bowl.
Pour the mixture on top on the crust and refrigerate for about an hour.
Cut into pieces and serve.
