Traditional Clover CreamO'Naise potato salad

1kg Boiled baby potatoes
250ml Clover CreamO’Naise
1 Tbsp Red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp Clover condensed milk
3-4 Spring onion, finely sliced, plus extra for garnishing
Salt and pepper
Slice the potatoes in half and place in a mixing bowl.
In another mixing bowl add the CreamO’Naise, spring onions, red wine vinegar, condensed milk and season with salt and pepper, then mix to combine.
Pour the dressing mixture over the potatoes and toss until well combined.
Sprinkle the salad with the extra spring onions.
