Chilli Eating Competition – N1 City mall, Cape Town
Warm up your winter with the 2015 N1 City Mall Chilli Eating Competition!
Last year N1 City Mall had shoppers fired up with a sizzling Chilli Eating Competition - and thanks to the red-hot success of the event, this May we'll be bringing the heat back for a second year running!
If you think you've got what it takes to scorch the competition, then get ready to feel the burn in the N1 City Mall food court from 11am to 1pm on Saturday 30 May. Simply enter one of the three chilli eating categories on offer - Mild, Hot or Volcanic - and if you can eat your chillies in the quickest amount of time, you'll stand the chance to share in the fiery R25 000 prize pool!
Join us from 9am in the food court to register, and banish the winter blues with every blistering mouthful.
Of course if you'd prefer not to put your chilli eating skills to the test, there are still plenty of ways for you to enjoy the occasion.
No matter what you get up to this weekend, be sure to collect Avios when you buy fuel at BP, stay at a Protea Hotel, buy groceries or even rent an Avis car. If you have an Avios credit card, pay for your purchases with that and collect 1 Avios per R10 spent. Before you know it you could redeem a flight on British Airways for your next holiday!
