Woolworths Sirloin with Piccalilli Butter

To make piccalilli butter:
Blend 100g piccalilli with 60g butter.
Chill until needed.
Top braaied steak with a blob.
 
Serve with braaied corn, rolled in grated Parmesan and sun-dried tomato pesto.
