
Woolworths cookie butter with frothy milk
Recipe by Woolworths Taste
Preparation time: 5 min
Cooking time: 15 min
Blend together
125 g ginger biscuits
⅓ cup water
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp mixed spice
2 Tbsp syrup until smooth.
Transfer to a medium saucepan and cook over a low heat until bubbling and smooth.
Transfer to a blender and add:
½ cup of coconut oil
Blend until thick.
Cover and chill for 15 minutes.

INGREDIENTS
2 T cookie butter
30 g milk chocolate, melted
1 cup cream, heated
1 cup milk, heated
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Spread the cookie butter and milk chocolate on the inside of a glass, then top with the milk and cream. Stir before serving.
