Woolworths pizza bianco

Woolworths pizza bianco
Recipe: Clem Pedro
Serves: 4
Preparation time: 40 min
Cooking time: 30 min

For the cheese sauce
2 T butter 
2 T cake flour
1 1/2 cups of milk
1 1/2 cups Woolies grated mature goudas
season lightly with salt
freshly ground black pepper to taste
1/2 t nutmeg 

1 kg bread dough
3 stalks spring onions, thinly sliced
175 g baby marrow, sliced into ribbons or thinly sliced
Extra olive oil to drizzle 
100 g Woolies chevon goats full fat cheese with garlic and herbs 
freshly ground black pepper

Heat the butter in a heavy based saucepan. Once melted add the flour and mix through, stirring to prevent any lumps. Whisk for another minute before beginning to add the milk in stages while still stirring to create a smooth sauce. 

Begin adding the cheese in stages and stir through to evenly melt into the sauce. Taste before adding the salt, then add the pepper and nutmeg. Mix through then cover with plastic wrap or serve immediately. 

Preheat oven to 180C. Roll out the dough and place in a large oven dish, which has been coated with non-stick kitchen spray. Set aside for 20 minutes to rise. Press the dough into the corners of the oven dish. 

Add the cheese sauce and spread to cover the dough, leaving no parts uncovered. Sprinkle over the spring onions followed by the baby marrows. Drizzle over some olive oil, a little salt to season and place in an oven preheated to 180C to bake for 30 minutes.
