Zatar Spiced Chicken

Za’tar Spiced Chicken

8 Chicken pieces
2 lemons, quartered
 
Za’tar spice
4 Tbsp dried thyme

2 Tbsp ground sumac
½ tsp good quality sea salt
2 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Side salad
Lettuce

Cucumber
Tomatoes
Feta
Red onions

For the za’tar spice, bash halve of the ingredients in the pestel and morter until crushed, then stir in the other half of the ingredients
 
Rub the za’tar spice into the chicken pieces and squeeze lemon juice over. Bake in a 180 C oven for 35 minutes. Serve with a side salad
