Clover Bliss dessert Chocolate and berry croissant bake
 
INGREDIENTS
5-6 chocolate croissants
1 ½ cup fresh raspberries
1 cup chocolate chips
3 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
Icing sugar for dusting
 
Clover Bliss Medium Cream Chocolate Dairy Dessert, for serving 
 
METHOD
Preheat the oven to 180C
Slice the croissants into halves, lengthways and layer them in a baking dish. 
In a large bowl, mix together the eggs, milk, vanilla essence and give it a good whisk. Pour the mixture over the chocolate croissants and add in the raspberries. Scatter over the chocolate chips and place into the oven to bake for 20-25 minutes. 
Once baked, dust with icing sugar and serve with a generous dollop of Bliss Dessert and fresh berries.
