Greek Souvlaki with Clover Feta Cheese

Greek Souvlaki with Clover Feta Cheese
 
Serves: 3-4
Cooking time: 15-20 minutes
 
Ingredients
200g Pork/chicken fillet, cut into cubes
2 tbsp olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp dried oregano
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Salt and pepper
Skewer sticks
 
For serving
2 discs Clover Feta cheese, herb flavor, crumbled
Greek Salad
Yoghurt dip
Pita breads
Fresh parsley for garnishing
 
Method
Place the pork/chicken, olive oil, lemon juice, oregano and garlic into the bowl and season with salt and pepper. Allow to marinade for at 20 minutes, overnight at best.
 
Skewer the meat onto skewer stick or metal skewers and grill over a medium heat until cooked.
 
Crumble over the feta and serve with pita breads, dip and salad.
