HIIT Training JP Steyl & Vita-thion

HIIT Training is a fast paced high Intensity way of training and burning those calories whilst putting on muscle. 

JP Steyl is the CEO of HIIT fitness and took Ryle through a bodyweight HIIT workout. 

You can try it at home too. All you have to do is repeat each exercise for 40 seconds and then rest for 10 seconds. Once you've done this for each exercise, it means you've completed 1 round. 

Start from the top and try do 3 rounds in total.

You can do easier or harder versions of each exercise depending on your fitness level. 

1. Alternating planks
