Snowflake Homemade Saucy Chocolate Pudding with Fudge Crumble

Serves 9
Prep time : 20 minutes
Cooking Time : 40 minutes

For the Pudding :
1 x 300g                    Snowflake Creations Saucy Chocolate Pudding and chocolate chips
50g                             butter
200ml                        milk
For the sauce:
150g                          Snowflake Chocolate Sauce Mix
400ml                        milk
For the crumble :
1 cup                          Snowflake Cake Wheat Flour
½ cup                         butter
½ cup                         castor sugar
½ tsp                          salt          
2 blocks                    Fudge, broken into pieces                     
                                    Ice cream to serve
For the pudding, preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Melt the butter, and the milk, and mix with the pudding mix. Stir to combine.
Add the chocolate chips and mix through. Pour into a greased 20x20cm overproof dish. Set aside.
For the sauce, evenly sprinkle sauce mix over the pudding batter. Bring the milk to the boil, then pour over the pudding and bake for roughly 35 minutes.
For the crumble, combine all the ingredients except the fudge in a bowl, and begin rubbing the ingredients together to form a bread-crumb like texture. Don’t worry if there are different shapes and sizes, there is no right or wrong end result. Once you have achieved your desired crumb texture, bake for roughly 10-12 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Allow to cool, then add the broken fudge.
Scoop portions of the pudding into bowls or mugs, followed by a ball of ice cream, and finish with the Fudge Crumble. Enjoy!
