Snowflake Lamb stuffed naan bread

Snowflake lamb stuffed naan bread 

Serves: 3-4
Cooking time: 25 minutes 

For the naan:
2 cups Snowflake Cake flour
1 tsp Snowflake Baking powder
Pinch of salt
150g plain yoghurt
For the lamb mince stuffing:
300g lamb mince
2 tbsp oil
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
Thumb size ginger, chopped
2 green chillies, chopped
1 tsp coriander seeds
1tsp cumin seeds
1tbsp garam masala
1 tbsp tomato paste
Salt and pepper to taste
½ cup melted ghee or butter
Preheat the oven to 180C. 
Prepare the naan bread by combining the flour, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Mix until well combined. Add in the yoghurt and mix until a dough starts to form. Place onto a floured surface and knead the dough for a few minutes. Place into a bowl and allow to rest for a few minutes. 
To make the mince filling, heat oil in a pan and add in the chopped onion, coriander and cumin seeds. Allow to cook until the onion starts to soften, then add the mince, garlic, ginger, chilli and garam masala. Season with salt and pepper and cook until the mince starts to brown, then stir in the tomato paste. Cook for a few minutes until the mince is cooked. 
Tear off pieces of the naan dough, roll it out on a floured surface then spoon some of the fillings into the centre, pull the edges up, seal and shape into a ball. Gently roll out the naan, without the filling ripping through the dough. 
Brush the naan with melted butter and place it onto a lined baking tray. Bake for 5-7 minutes until golden in colour. Alternatively, cook in the pan until golden on all sides and serve warm.
